Cybersecurity Engineer - Managed Services

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our Managed Services team immediately and support the ongoing security of our IT environment. This role involves hands-on monitoring, incident response, and day-to-day security operations to keep systems protected and stable.

You will work closely with internal IT teams and external vendors, and should be able to travel to customer sites when required.

• Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and support remediation.
• Run day-to-day security operations across firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection, and access controls.
• Support SIEM, EDR, anti-virus, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Work closely with internal IT teams and external vendors.
• Provide desktop and end-user support as needed.
• Travel to customer sites when required.

• 2-4 years of experience in cybersecurity support, managed services, or IT security roles.
• Basic understanding of network security, firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection, and access controls.
• Understanding of SIEM, EDR, anti-virus, and intrusion detection or prevention systems.
• Ability to monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and support remediation.
• Understanding of security frameworks, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
• Ability to work closely with IT teams and external vendors.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a practical, problem-solving approach.
• Good general technical knowledge, including desktop support.
